Leading Edge Flying Club has earned a reputation for being one of the most exciting flight clubs in Chicagoland. We enjoy monthly aviation breakfast meetings and during the summer months, our weekly "Dog Day Afternoon" hot dog socials provide plenty of opportunity to log "hangar flying" hours.
Our membership boasts the presence of novice pilots, airline captains, high-time pilots, aviation enthusiasts, military veterans and a line-up of top flight instructors including an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.
Members are commonly found flying our simulator, prepping for a flight, or snacking at the "L.Edge" clubhouse located on the second floor of our community hangar. Tailwinds!!!
